To All Our Valued Customers
Elangeni Lodge is still open to our guests under limited services.The Lodge has in turn put in place a COVID-19 protocol for the safety and assurance of staff and guests. This protocol is outlined below as per our available services:
Business and Leisure Accommodation
-Screening of all our guests on arrival in order to prevent an infected person from checking into the Lodge. Guests are required to:
*complete and sign a questionnaire
*allow their their temperature to be scanned with a thermal scanner
If a guest’s temperature falls within the normal range and do not show any symptoms they will be required to sanitize their hands and proceed to check in.
If a guest’s temperature is high(actual temperature at screening should not exceed 37.5 degrees Celsius) and /or they have symptoms of the virus they will be disallowed to check in and will be referred to a medical facility.
Restaurant
-The restaurant will have very strict controlled limited use.Sit ins are strictly prohibited, all guests to take their meals ‘on the go’ or in the comfort of their rooms for our in house guests.
Guest hand sanitizers ( alcohol based) are placed in easy reach of guests at the restaurant and bar area as well as in the rooms.
